The Golden Record

A nicely done site that displays a large image of the Voyager probe’s golden record—the one that contains the sights and sounds of Earth. Click on the left side of the image to invoke a player that lets you listen to all the sounds contained on the record. Click on the right side to open a slideshow to view all the images.
