The Ladybirds gathered at Devlin Manor Nursing Home to sing for the residents on May 28, 2009. They had a special reason to go there because one of their own is currently there for rehab on a broken hip.

Jennifer Bennett, one of the newest Ladybirds, is a cancer survivor. She has had several surgeries and lots of treatments over the last several years.

Posted in Memorial on Friday, May 22, 2009

She knew her notes and lyrics perfectly, and she could sing her part by herself from the beginning of any song to its end!

People particularly enjoyed the coconut custard pie for dessert. The restaurant was festively decorated for the Christmas season, and everyone loved seeing Hobo’s tree and Santa with his wonderful sleigh!
